For the third straight year – Fox Sports and the Big East will work together to bring fans wire-to-wire coverage of basketball games. The branding is “All-Access Big East Hoops,” and that’s exactly what the viewer will have- with no commercial breaks and both coaches mic’d up. Fans will be in every huddle on the sideline and in the locker room from tip off to the postgame speech.
“We’re looking forward to having another opportunity to bring the fans as close to the game as possible,” exclaimed Fox Sports President John Entz. Entz went on to credit the Big East and participating coaches for opening up their programs for the coverage.
The first All-Access Big East Hoops matchup is set for February 2nd when the Seton Hall men travel to Hinkle Fieldhouse to take on the Butler Bulldogs. On February 8th, the Marquette women will host Georgetown. Both games will air on FS1.
