ESPN To Build Studio On The Las Vegas Strip

“The ESPN studio will be built above The Book at LINQ Hotel & Casino.”

ESPN has signed a deal with Caesars that includes a studio in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip. There is no timeline for its completion, but Disney has committed to producing a weekly show out of the studio. The space will also be used for segments on ESPN’s sports gambling show The Daily Line and the home of its gambling-themed content surrounding major sporting events.

The deal will be announced at ESPN’s annual upfront presentation on Tuesday. This the second deal Caesars has signed with a major sports media brand. The casino giant already has a deal in place with Turner to build a Bleacher Report branded studio inside the sports book at Caesar’s Palace. The ESPN studio will be built above The Book at LINQ Hotel & Casino.

Last week, Disney CEO Bob Iger told the company’s investors that Disney would not enter the sports gambling space. He did say that the company would continue to produce sports gambling themed programming for ESPN. and sell advertisers to betting companies.
