Dan Le Batard is making the most of his new ESPN deal, and ESPN is making the most of Dan Le Batard. One of the sports media’s most recognizable names is debuting another new project with ESPN this weekend.
The Art of Conversation with Dan Le Batard will feature in depth conversations with personalities in sports and entertainment, and will make its TV debut on Sunday evening at 5:30 eastern time. The first guest will be Le Batard’s friend and Miami Heat president Pat Riley. Riley will talk about his life and career, which includes an explanation of why he still has a problem with Michael Jordan and Larry Bird.
The debut of The Art of Conversation comes just two months after the network announced the formation of the Le Batard and Friends podcast network. Shows debuted in January. The network has already spawned two podcasts in the iTunes top 10, Stupodity and South Beach Sessions.
