Dana White isn’t worried about the future of UFC’s reality show The Ultimate Fighter. He is confident that it will continue despite some uncertainty surrounding the move of all UFC programming to ESPN.
The UFC just purchased a new 130,000 square foot space in Las Vegas to serve as its headquarters. White says The Ultimate Fighter was part of the motivation in the design of the new facility. “The Ultimate Fighter isn’t going anywhere. We’re gonna keep going. The design of the new facility that we’re building has The Ultimate Fighter in mind too,” he told reporters after the final of the last season of the show.
White didn’t have specific answers about the next season of The Ultimate Fighter. There has been a lot of speculation on where the show will air as part of the new deal with ESPN. White would ideally like to see the show on either ESPN or ESPN2, but hasn’t ruled out a move to ESPN+ as an exclusive for the over-the-top streaming service.
