Cleveland Browns Get Norman, OK Radio Affiliate

SportsTalk 99.3 and 1400 is now home of the Cleveland Browns in Norman, Oklahoma.  Winning just one game the last two seasons, radio stations were not exactly knocking down the door looking to cover the Browns, but Baker Mayfield is quickly changing how the franchise is viewed.

The University of Oklahoma plays its home football games in Norman, meaning their former quarterback, Baker Mayfield is already a superstar in the city.  Fans will now have the opportunity to hear the No.1 overall pick of the 2018 NFL draft by the Browns play every Sunday for the rest of the season.

In addition to the game, the station will broadcast the pregame show and two to three hours of postgame coverage following each contest.  Head coach, Hue Jackson’s weekly Monday night show will also air on Norman’s SportsTalk 99.3FM and 1400AM.

Mayfield fans in Norman, OK were treated to a win in the radio station’s first broadcast as the Browns beat the Ravens 12-9 in overtime on Sunday.
