On Friday Brett Kane tweeted that he is leaving Nebraska. The 93.1 The Ticket afternoon host is moving to Denver to join Marc Moser and Vic Lombardi in morning drive on Altitude Sports Radio 92.5 FM later this month.
Prior to moving Lincoln to join The Ticket, Kane spent time hosting at WBBL in Grand Rapids and ESPN 590 in Omaha. His final show on The Ticket will be Tuesday January 8th.
Altitude Sports Radio program director Dave Tepper said of Kane, “He brings a young, entertaining and knowledgeable perspective to our lineup. Denver will enjoy his passion for all the major sports as he kicks off our local lineup at 6 am before jumping in from 7 to 10 with two of Denver’s most respected sports personalities, Marc Moser and Vic Lombardi. We’re thrilled to have him join our Altitude Sports Radio 92-5 team!”
In September, Altitude Sports Radio moved all of its local programming from 950 AM to 92.5 FM. The following month, Moser moved from middays to mornings to join Lombardi. The station is the radio home to the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, and Colorado Rapids.
