MLB All Star Game Will be Focus of Next 100,000 Cameras

Fox Sports’ 100,000 Cameras documentary series is one of the most innovative on sports television, using social media posts and fan generated videos from inside the stadium to tell the stories of sports’ biggest events. The series has won the Sports Emmy for Outstanding TV Social Experience each of the last two years.

The focus of what will be the fifth edition of 100,000 Cameras will be Major League Baseball’s 89th All Star Game, which happens next week in Washington, DC. Fox Sports is inviting fans to submit videos not only from inside the stadium, but also from inside bars and at their own watch parties. In addition to the footage captured by fans, the documentary will feature camera angles not shown on the Fox broadcast.

100,000 Cameras: The MLB All Star Game will premier on FS1 on July 28 at 7pm Eastern. It will be followed immediately by the St. Louis Cardinals and the Chicago Cubs.
