iHeartMedia has announced the promotion of Mike Killabrew to SVP of Programming for four of its Indianapolis radio stations. One of those brands that Killabrew will oversee is Fox Sports Radio 97.5 FM and AM 1270.
Killabrew makes the move to Indianapolis after programming two radio stations for iHeart in Des Moines, Iowa, including sports talker 1460 KXNO-AM. He replaces Rob Cressman who left for Chicago where he’s now programming “The Drive” WDRV-FM for Hubbard Radio.
“With more than two decades of programming experience at the local level, Mike understands the importance of aligning our on-air, digital content, and marketing strategies across all platforms,” said iHeartMedia Kentucky-Indiana Region President Earl Jones. “His vision and enthusiasm to work with this team will help us reach the next level as we continue to position our incredible brand and product as a leader in the industry.”
