The Memphis Grizzlies have announced their broadcast plans for the 2017-2018 NBA season. This year’s coverage includes 85 games on FOX Sports Southeast, including for the first time three preseason contests and 82 regular season games. The broadcast team will include play-by-play voice Pete Pranica, analyst Brevin Knight and sideline reporter Rob Fischer. Grizzlies LIVE, the pregame and postgame show for all 82 regular season telecasts, will be hosted by Fischer and Knight along with Chris Vernon on all 41 home telecasts. FOX Sports Southeast’s coverage begins with the team’s first preseason matchup vs. the Orlando Magic on Monday October 2nd at 7pm CT.
In addition, the Grizzlies’ home radio station, 92.9 FM ESPN Radio, will carry 82 regular season games and all five preseason contests. The broadcast team will consist of play-by-play broadcaster Eric Hasseltine and analysts Hank McDowell, Elliot Perry and Grind City Media’s Michael Wallace. Coverage starts with a 30-minute pregame show before tip-off hosted by Gary Darby. Fans can listen via radio at 92.9 FM/680 AM or on the official Grizzlies Mobile App.
The Grizzlies are scheduled this season to appear on national television four times. They’ll participate in the 16th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Game on TNT and three additional contests on ESPN.
