Jamie Horowitz’s tenure at FS1 may have expired, but his influence remains. The network has come to terms with ex-ESPN NFL analyst Mark Schlereth. The three-time Super Bowl champion spent 16 years at the worldwide leader before jumping sides and making his debut today on Undisputed.
Schlereth’s move to FS1 had been in the works for months according to Michael McCarthy of the Sporting News. Horowitz and the former offensive lineman developed a close relationship during their time together in Bristol.
The details of Schlereth’s involvement haven’t been laid out yet but he’s expected to contribute to a slew of the network’s television and radio programs. He joins Skip Bayless, Colin Cowherd, Jason Whitlock, Cris Carter, Doug Gottlieb, Ray Lewis and Chris Broussard, as ex-ESPN personalities who have made the move west to compete against their former employer.
