National Radio Hall of Fame Nominates Mike & Mike

17 years of on-air work has earned ESPN Radio’s Mike & Mike a nomination for this year’s National Radio Hall of Fame according to ESPN Media Zone. Mike Greenberg and Mike Golic’s program is listed in the Spoken Word On-Air Personality category, along with Southern California radio host Bill Handel, SiriusXM’s Joe Madison and NPR’s Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me!

Fans have the opportunity to vote for Mike & Mike through Monday, June 19th, by visiting www.radiovote.com (one vote per email address) or via text, by dialing 49400 with the message, “70” to indicate their vote for Greeny and Golic. This year’s winners will be announced on Monday June 26th.

Mike & Mike have occupied ESPN Radio’s airwaves since January 3, 2000. They’ve appeared on ESPN television together since 2005. The show will end later this year when Greenberg tackles a new challenge on television. Golic will continue on the radio working with Trey Wingo and his son Mike Golic Jr.
