SB Nation Radio has found their new morning show. The network has confirmed that mornings will be turned over to the team of Scott Linn, Tim Murray and Steve Solomon. The show, SB Nation AM will air weekdays 6a-10a ET and debut officially on Monday October 10th.
Each of the three members are rejoining the network. They spent the past six years as contributing members of the Steve Czaban morning show. Czaban and the network were not able to strike a deal to continue their relationship. The network had also explored talks with Mike North but those discussions didn’t materialize.
“This group is a talented trio”, said David Gow, CEO of SB Nation Radio. “They have long been integral to the success of our network and we look forward to giving them their own show.”
Scott Linn is a 20-year veteran who has served as a co-host and anchor at Fox Sports Radio and as an anchor and operations manager at ESPN 980 in Washington, D.C. market. Tim Murray currently hosts DMV Game Time on ESPN 980 and is the afternoon anchor for Czaban’s local show. He’s also the studio host for The Navy Football Radio Network. Solomon, started his career as a board operator and later became a full-time producer for Yahoo! Sports Radio. He also hosts a weekly show dedicated to martial arts on ESPN 980.
“We’re thrilled to get this group back together and form the most entertaining morning show in sports radio,” said Craig Larson, COO/PD of SB Nation Radio.
