The Colorado Rockies have agreed to a five-year extension of their radio broadcast deal with flagship station KOA News Radio 850 AM/94.1 FM according to All Access. As part of the agreement, Jack Corrigan and Jerry Schemmel will continue as voices of the franchise.
In addition to airing the team’s games, KOA also produces exclusive Rockies programming throughout the season, including the “Rockies On-Deck” pregame show, “Rockies All Access” and “Rockies Q&A”.
“The iHeartMedia/Denver Region takes great pride in our heritage with the Colorado Rockies,” iHeartMedia/Denver Region President Tim Hager said. “From broadcasting the team’s very first pitch to seeing them to a World Series, KOA News Radio has always been the home of the Colorado Rockies and we are honored to continue that tradition.”
