The San Diego Padres announced their 2016 regular season broadcast schedule. All 162 games will be televised in English on a combination of Fox Sports San Diego, FS1 or Fox. 150 games will be available in Spanish. Games will also air live on radio in both English and Spanish.
Dick Enberg returns to call the action, in what will be his final year in the booth. He’ll be joined by analyst and former Padres pitcher Mark Grant.
Mike Pomeranz, Mark Sweeney, Don Orsillo, Julie Alexandria and Michelle Margaux will round out the FSSD broadcast team. Returning this season, former Padres Steve Finley and Clay Hensley will assume the occasional role of analyst for Padres Live pre- and postgame shows.
On the radio side, Don Orsillo makes his market debut, and will team with Ted Leitner, and Jesse Agler on the Padres Radio network. That includes broadcasting on the team’s flagship station, The Mighty 1090. Dan Sileo returns as host of the Padres one-hour pregame show Monday-Thursday. Kurt Bevacqua takes over post-game duties. Ben Higgins returns for Fridays and Saturdays with Craig Elsten, who is also host of weekend Padres coverage.
