1500 ESPN in Minneapolis is adding to its podcast lineup with the addition of “How To Live a Cool Life.” The series, which will be hosted by middays personality Phil Mackey, will tap into the minds of talented, creative, driven people to find out how and why they dominate life.
The podcast has debuted with the release of three episodes. Included are interviews with former NBC Minneapolis meteorologist Jerrid Sebesta, who left his job for a career change; George Mumford, “mental coach” for Phil Jackson’s basketball teams since the mid-1990s; and the late Pat Fallon, creator of what is today the ad agency Fallon Worldwide (and who passed away a few weeks after taping the podcast). The opening season will total seven episodes.
